We need support agencies that understand the holistic approach required to foster long-term successful employment.

We need families who are committed to supporting their loved ones in their employment journeys.

We need educators who can help prepare job seekers with Autism/IDD for the workplace.

We need legislators who understand the challenges job seekers and employees with Autism/IDD face and are committed to enacting laws that improve their ability to find and sustain employment.

We need advocates and self-advocates to join us in removing the hurdles to employment for job seekers and employees with Autism/IDD.
